Your Mission
- Responsible to lead activities and provide coaching on TPM best practices to maintain and operate the line.
- Responsible to manage/execute the project plan on time, in-full. Modifying as necessary to reach Line Efficiency improvement Targets!
- Responsible for Projects results and customer satisfaction
- To coach engineers on how to use TPM / performance improvement tools.
- To execute and lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities; coaching while doing so.
- To liaise/ discuss with plant management about the weekly/daily project activities and why they are important
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- English is a must
- Arabic and French speaker is preferred
Required experience and skills:
- Experience as a field engineer and capable in maintenance overhauls and troubleshooting.
- Multi Skill Expert engineer who can work on different machines is preferred.
- Blower and Labeller machines’ experiences with mechanical profile is preferred.
- Experience working in beverage/ food production factory is a plus.
- Candidate must have an aptitude and interest in coaching and developing people. Experience as a Trainer is a plus.
- Knowledge/ practical experience in TPM methods and tools or lean belt certification is a plus.
- Availability to travel 60%-75% of the time.

Sidel is looking for the Project Manager Services who acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute onstandard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement.
Your Mission
Offer Preparation:
- Understand customer requests and translate his needs.
- Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer
needs
- Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
- Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing
customer satisfaction
Projects Execution:
- Project registration in SAP
- Initiate the project with customer and aftersales manager
- Set a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordingly
- Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D
- Coordinate with all the involved business units to ensure the launching of the correct parts and follow up on delivery
- Conduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to reduce any impact on the project
- Keep monitoring Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects
- Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors
- Reporting project progress on a weekly basis
- Arrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to customer)
Projects Installation:
- Planning of the required resources and skills to conduct the installation
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure the provision of the right skills
- Arrange Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan
- Arrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the customers accordingly
- Coordinate with the team on site and provide the required support to complete the job
- Create and follow up punch list due to any nonconformity found on site
- Monitor and support the intervention till he gets the technical acceptance of the project
Project Closing:
- Conduct Root cause analysis to understand the root of the problem and set learned lessons
- Ensure that all the invoices are issued completely
- Ensure database update
- Set a closing meeting with the customer
- Arrange customer satisfaction survey
Your Profile
Level of Education and Language:
- Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- PMP certificate is a plus
Level of Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management with strong technical expertise
- Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipment and Services Portfolio
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawing
- Knowledge of MS Office, Project and SAP a plus
