We are looking for a motivated and skilled Accountant to join our team and support all aspects of financial management and monitoring organizations funds with a view to ensuring a transparent and efficient financial management system for the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable/receivables, payroll and budgeting.
- Prepare accurate financial report statements and analyses for management.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and follow up with the bank on any issues requiring follow up.
- Control expenditure to ensure efficient management of resources aligning with approved budget allocations.
- Prepare financial reports and documentations.
- Manage payments, transactions and other financial activities.
- Cash management, obtain and report bank statement periodically.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, software, attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent organizations skills.
- A strong understanding of Accounting systems and processes.
