Position: B2B Mobile Product & Business Development Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
- 3 years of experience in product management in the telecom industry.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update sales collateral for all Mobile products, including product presentations, competitive pricing, product briefs, and product specification documentation.
- Develop training material for users of B2B Mobile products.
- Implement best regional quality assurance practices.
- Monitor performance through regular reporting to ensure visibility of Mobile product performance.
- Monitor key KPIs including ARPA, ARPL, Churn, Active Base, and new links/customers.
- Suggest initiatives for improving customer experience and consequently improving revenue.
- Manage the functionality and pilot testing for new/potential B2B Mobile products.
- Design and implement the quality assurance checklist for new products and services.
Competences:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
