Our client, a reputable construction company , is actively seeking reliable and skilled Carpenters to join their team.
THE JOB
- As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and is committed to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Carpentry Tasks
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks and props using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
Maintenance and Safety
- Perform routine maintenance on carpentry tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid Passport.
