- Accurately grasp local real estate market trends; develop sales strategies and channel cooperation plans tailored to regional characteristics; recruit, build, and manage professional teams while cultivating high-quality professionals to establish a high- efficiency real estate brokerage team.
- Optimize localized business processes and innovate collaboration models to increase market share.
- Maintain key client relationships and handle major business negotiations and critical resource coordination.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of managerial experience in real estate brokerage, including at least 3 years as a local brokerage firm manager.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate sales, leasing, land transaction markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of local market uniqueness (e.g., secondary housing transaction processes, new property distribution rules, school district property operations) and mastery of three core regional resources:
Peer alliances: Established cooperative relationships with brokerage firms in the same industry
Channel networks: Direct partnerships with developers and active property projects.
Team foundation: Stable sales teams and a talent pool of high-caliber professionals.
- Proven resource integration capabilities to rapidly establish upstream/downstream partnerships.
