Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and monitoring all Digital Marketing activities within the group
  • Analyzing Competitor’s Marketing activities
  • E-Commerce Operations Management- Overseeing Online Brand shop operations e.g. Sales management, organizing online promotions, making advertising decisions, web maintenance and keeping the online retail channel updated for new product launching.
  • Managing main Channel E-commerce account teams
  • Overseeing all media buying activities
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Managing the redesigning of the company website on yearly basis to increase online brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website as well as Content syndication with Retailer E-commerce sites
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • Bachelor/Master degree in any field with an excellent academic background
  • Experience in digital/tech industry: preferably in big e-commerce businesses, CRM programs, digital-led start-up companies
  • Have proven success from work experience
  • Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
  • Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
