Human Resources Officer
Location: Dar-es-salaam
Job type: Full-time
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing HR services to internal clients, supporting the HR team, and managing various operational HR tasks. This role involves applying HR policies, managing staff inductions, maintaining HR records, handling financial requests, and managing employee relations.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Apply HR policies and practices to staff and vendor requests.
- Coordinate employee orientation and induction programs.
- Maintain HR files and databases.
- Prepare financial and procurement documents related to HR.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
- Manage employee separations and final benefits.
Education Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Finance Analyst
Location: Dar-es-salaam

Reports to: Accounts Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of accounting transactions, managing accounts payables and receivables, and coordinating treasury activities such as cash forecasting and payments. This role also ensures compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Coordinate the recording of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Review supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform month-end closure activities and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor and clear any outstanding accounts and balances.
- Manage payroll and statutory deductions, ensuring timely payments and remittances.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Full professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is desired.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a large international NGO.
