Field Consultant/Agent – 6 Positions (Tanga, Morogoro and Pwani)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and follow up on introduction letters from the respective government offices
- Create and maintain positive relationships between all government/community offices and the company
- Engaging respective government officials and offices to acquire relevant details on potential communities for setting up our business
- Creating a pool of potential sites/communities within each ward that would fit well with the products and services offered by our company
- Make field visits to potential communities and share relevant feedback to the management on findings
- Appropriately fill out all documentations associated with the pre-validation stage
- Gather information on any ongoing and upcoming REA projects that may potentially affect our business operations in any respective community
- Scout for potential competitors and provide feedback on any products/services offered that may affect the livelihood of our business
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in any recognized field
- Ability to use a smartphone, have a smartphone
- Ability to read and write English
- Located in Tanga, Morogoro or Pwani
- Experience in conducting surveys or community engaged activities
- General knowledge on the community in question including logistics, leadership and security issues
