Requirements
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in fiscal solutions implementation, ERP system support, or IT consulting.
- Strong knowledge of TIMS, E-TIMS, fiscal device configuration, and ERP systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Microsoft Navision.
- Proven experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, and network troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
