Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff in service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Assist in developing and implementing innovative and seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
• Collaborate with management to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, sales promotions, and address concerns.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry is required.
• BSC in food and beverage, food science and management a must.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and culinary practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
