- Management of the asset register.
- Payroll processing and statutory filling
- Invoicing and receipting of fees and any other monies payable to Moi Educational Centre
- Collection and banking of all revenue
- Analyzing monies payable to contractors of private transport
- Petty cash preparation and reconciliations
- Front office support
- Back-office management
- In charge of Accounts Assistants

- To provide financial, administrative, and operational support to the Finance Manager by ensuring effective management of financial transactions, accurate record-keeping, and smooth administrative operations of Raymark Ltd.
- This role is designed to ease the administrative and financial workload of the Finance Manager, ensuring that both finance and general office functions are efficiently run.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Support
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process payments, invoices, petty cash, and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain proper financial records and filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Support bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and posting of journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PAYE, SHIF, NSSF, VAT).
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Administration Support
- Manage procurement processes including sourcing quotations, preparing purchase orders,and maintaining vendor records.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering, and stock management.
- Maintain and update contracts, licenses, leases, and insurance records.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Manage general office administration, including handling correspondence, documentarchiving, and records management.
- Human Resource Support (Light Duties)
- Support recruitment administration (advertising roles, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain up-to-date HR files and staff records.
- Support in tracking staff leave days, timesheets, and performance review schedules.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure financial transactions and administrative practices align with company policies and Kenyan regulations.
- Support the Finance Manager in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in a business-related discipline.
- CPA intermediate (section IV) preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a finance or finance/admin role, preferably in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
