As our Full-Stack Digital Marketer, you’ll be responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, and client engagement through high-performing digital channels. You’ll work across multiple platforms and own both the strategy and hands-on delivery.
Your Core Responsibilities:
• Create websites using WordPress (Elementor experience preferred)
• Implement on-page SEO best practices
• Create engaging visual content using Canva
• Set up and optimize Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (Search & Display)
• Run and manage Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads
• Craft and send targeted email campaigns to warm leads and existing subscribers
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms
• Report on campaign results and propose data-driven improvements
• Recommend budget adjustments and new campaigns based on data
Who We’re Looking For
You're a doer. You know how to take a business offer and turn it into a page, a post, an ad, and an email — without needing hand-holding. You’re comfortable with tools, fast on execution, and driven by performance.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong knowledge of WordPress (Elementor preferred)
• Practical experience with on-page SEO
• Solid design skills using Canva
• Experience running Google and Meta ads
• Email campaign experience (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Bonus Points For:
• Experience working in professional services firm
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns
• A portfolio showing actual work (pages, ads, email campaigns, etc.)
