Our client, a reputable landscaping company , is actively seeking reliable and skilled Gardening Workers to join their team.
THE JOB
- As a Gardening Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about gardening, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Gardening Tasks
- Perform a variety of gardening tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and lawn care.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Driving and Transportation
- Drive company vehicles to transport tools and materials to various job sites.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
Maintenance and Safety
- Perform routine maintenance on gardening equipment and report any malfunctions or required repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping, videos of your work may be requested.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid Passport.
