Job Purpose
Responsible for cleaning all areas at boilers and power generation stations,Process House,Front end and evaporator cleaning to ensure safe operation and maintenance.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure good housekeeping at steam and power generation section to enhance safety of machines, people and environment.
- Performs all tasks according to Kilombero Sugar’s Safety, Quality, Health and Environment policies and procedures.
- Ensure safe environment for machine and remove waste around allocated area as required.
- Ensure waste is piled at designated disposal area and ensure removal of waste as per company procedure.
- Ensure safety procedure is followed before entering any machine for cleaning or other activities instructed.
- Ensure good operation of pumps and machines by addressing leakages and any faults found during operation to supervisor.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by relevant line manager.
Job Qualification and Experience
- Ordinary Level Certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in factory preferred sugar factory
- Effective communication with team.
Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent contract.
