Global Auditor positions perform independent audits/assessments of contact centers and company processes. Serving Teleperformance Compliance, Privacy and Security Office, and the Audit Committee of Teleperformance Board of Directors, the Audit team partners with senior management, operations, contact center management, and clients to analyze and report critical business issues, identify gaps in controls, improve operations, improve customer satisfaction, and deter fraud. The results of their efforts serve as a catalyst for change throughout all contact centers and the organization.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Global Auditor will perform independent reviews of Teleperformance’s compliance to key regulations (Banking, Healthcare, etc.) and complete reviews in other key areas of the business (HR, Client Operations, etc.).
  • They are also responsible for understanding the established company procedures, and identification of process improvement opportunities, control weaknesses, and fraud.
  • Global Auditor will also facilitate the creation of recommendations and action plans.
  • Global Auditor will contribute ideas to help shape the strategic direction and approach of the audit programs.
  • They will perform process-level risk assessments, program development, and detailed testing of established controls.
  • They will document information obtained through the use of work papers, flowcharts, graphs or other forms that effectively communicate information.
  • Global Auditor will have opportunities to assist in drafting audit reports and in presenting results to key stakeholders and various levels of management.
  • Finally, they will act as leads during joint reviews and assist in training team members as needed.

 

Candidate should possess the following skills and attributes: 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment leveraging key skillsets such as problem solving, initiative, and action orientation
  • Ability to quickly grasp audit process and adapt to applying in various business areas 
  • Self-motivated to execute deliverables that contributes to the overall team project
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Lead and train other team members on the program
  • Must be flexible with availability and schedule based on business needs which may require after hour projects and on call work 
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to including, but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc., and that any known infractions are communicated to the proper management immediately
  • Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests and credit checks

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years analytical business experience 
  • Ability to travel 50-75% (including weekends)   
  • Valid Passport (or will obtain) and able to travel internationally   

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, MIS, or another related field
  • Analytical Business experience in a fast-paced environment leveraging key skillsets such as problem solving, initiative and action orientation
  • Audit/Compliance experience
  • Contact center, Banking, or Healthcare operations management; another related field.
  • Ability to quickly grasp audit process and adapt to applying in various business areas 
  • Self-motivated to deliver work product that contributes to a team work product
  • One or more years’ experience with data analytic tools (i.e., ACL, Microsoft Access, SQL) • CPA, CIA, CFE, MCSE, CCNA, CCSE or CISA professional certification encouraged (not required)

Related/Transferable Experience:

  • IT systems and processes as well as security principles
  • Security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, SIEM and vulnerability management tool
  • Business Continuity systems and processes
  • Risks and control principles associated with Information Security
  • Laws and regulations related with the area of responsibility
  • Information Security Standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701
  • Strong data analytic experience
  • Finance/Accounting roles   
  • Investigations or fraud analysis
  • Banking or Healthcare fields (HIPPA, TCPA, FDCPA, etc.)
  • Management in related fields  .
