ZanTours is the leading DMC in Zanzibar offering exceptional travel experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Head of Workshop to lead and manage our workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage our local workshop staff.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate workshop activities and collaborate with other departments.
- Implement process improvements and ensure safety protocols and control the same
- Manage inventory and resources.
- Report to Managing Director.
Qualifications:
- Professional English speaker.
- Proven leadership experience in workshop or operations management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus.
