Kayole Hospitalis seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the overall operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare administration, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Strategic Planning:

○       Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the hospital's long-term goals.

○       Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

○       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, insurers, and community leaders.

●       Operational Management:

○       Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

○       Manage the hospital's budget and financial performance.

○       Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.

○       Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and accreditation standards.

●       Human Resources:

○       Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.

○       Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.

○       Oversee employee training and development programs.

○       Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

●       Marketing and Public Relations:

○       Should have excellent marketing skills in hospital set up.

○       Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and attract new patients.

○       Manage the hospital's brand reputation and public image.

○       Organize community outreach programs and events.

○       Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.

●       Quality Assurance:

○       Monitor and improve the quality of patient care.

○       Implement quality control measures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

○       Identify and address patient complaints and concerns.

○       Conduct regular performance reviews of staff.

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

●       Proven experience in hospital administration, preferably in a leadership role.

●       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

●       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

●       Financial acumen and analytical skills.

●       Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
