JUCo is looking for highly qualified and competent personnel to fill the following vacancies:
Job type: Full-time
ICT Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computers, network systems, and other devices
- Test new hardware and software before installation
- Provide professional technical support for hardware, software, and technology-related issues
- Monitor the Computer lab and support users
- Verify that user issues have been resolved and needs are met
- Install and deploy new equipment, and perform upgrades
- Maintain ICT inventory
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
