The ICT intern will be responsible for supporting the ICT department in running day to day IT functions.
Responsibilities:
- Information Technology and Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Ensure the maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Process Design and Optimization.
- Develop, document, and refine internal processes to ensure efficiency, consistency and compliance. c) Controls Management.
- Continuously assess existing controls, identifying weaknesses or areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Work closely with departments to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry regulations.
- Reporting and Documentation.
- Maintain clear documentation of all processes, controls, and data management framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Diploma in Information Communication And Technology.
- Efficient in the use of word, power point, excel
- Good training & communication skills
- Fluency in English & Kiswahili
- Compensation
