    About the Role

    • We are seeing a highly organized and hands-on IT Coordinator to manage and support the day-to-day technology operations across our office locations. This role is essential in ensuring our teams remain connected, productive, and supported with reliable technology. The ideal candidate will handle the full lifecycle of IT hardware, maintain critical office infrastructure, and provide frontline user support for systems and applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    Hardware & Infrastructure Management

    • Collaborate with the procurement team to source and manage IT equipment.
    • Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and other hardware.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment including printers, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
    • Support the operation and basic maintenance of office security cameras.
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory.

    User Support & Onboarding

    • Provide first-line technical support to employees across multiple office locations.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to office software, email, and communication tools.
    • Assist employees in using internal applications (training provided).
    • Support account setup, password resets, and access control for users.

    Coordination & Documentation

    • Coordinate IT onboarding for new hires and equipment moves.
    • Document hardware assignments, support cases, and configuration updates.
    • Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary for installations or repairs.

    Requirements

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency with IT hardware (laptops, mobile devices, tablets) and peripherals (printers, routers).
    • Working knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Android (macOS is a plus).
    • Experience with office networking hardware such as Wi-Fi routers and access points.
    • Comfortable using and supporting common office applications.
    • Basic understanding of IT security best practices.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users.
    • Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn.
    • Ability to work independently and travel between office locations as required.

    Education & Experience

    • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
    • 2–4 years of experience in a similar IT support or coordinator role.
    • Valid driver’s license or reliable means of travel between locations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with IT asset management systems.
    • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
    • Exposure to internal application support or troubleshooting web-based tools.
