Requirements
- Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to cleanup.
- Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Ensure proper table arrangements, décor, and overall banquet

- Monitor food and beverage service, ensuring high-quality presentation and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train hostesses to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage restaurant and event seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests.
- Greet and escort guests to their tables or event areas, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing for events and dining services.
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies, linens, and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Implement and uphold hospitality service standards, addressing any operational challenges.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for banquet operations.
- Monitor and analyze event profitability, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in banquet coordination, hostessing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of banquet/event operations and seating arrangements.
- Familiarity with reservation or banquet software (preferred).

- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional and relaxing therapeutic massages to clients based on their individual needs, preferences, and physical conditions. The therapist will also uphold hygiene standards, ensure client satisfaction, and promote overall wellness.
Requirements
- Perform various types of massage treatments including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and aromatherapy.
- Evaluate clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
- Customize massage sessions according to client needs, preferences, and physical condition.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Educate clients on stretching, strengthening, and overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Promote spa services and retail products to clients as appropriate.
- Handle client feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards as defined by licensing authorities and the organization.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist (as required by local laws).
- Proven experience as a professional massage therapist (1+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Physically fit and able to perform up to 6–8 sessions per day.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
