    Detailed responsibilities include:

    • Ensure smooth production operation during shift
    • Train and coach production line employees and conduct their performance reviews
    • Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

    About the Job

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and stock movements

    Detailed responsibilities include:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Environment, Occupational Safety and health programs to safeguard the well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors.
    • Responsible of communicating changes of EOSH related legislation
    • Monitor employee conformance to the health, safety related laws and policies
    • Conduct the risk assessment in areas highlighted as per the Risk Assessment register.
    • Evaluate health & safety practices and procedures for risk assessment, follow the legal guidelines and develop the risk elimination factors. Suggest solutions, improvements, Controls and prevention steps for safety issues.
    • Conduct aspect assessment and control measures on all environmental factors.
    • Development, improvement and guidance on all the safety policies and procedures and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
    • For emergency, preparedness & evacuation, ensure drills are conducted on annual basis and as per the OSHA regulations

    • Coordinating all issues and controls regarding hazardous materials and waste disposal as per requirements.

    • Conduct internal & external audits as per the Legal Requirement Tracker and take Corrective actions and follow up on all non-conformity reports raised from internal & external EOSH audits.
    • Conduct regular inspection of firefighting appliances such as hose reels, pumps, alarms etc. and provide supporting documents to your immediate leader.
    • Ensure servicing of firefighting equipment are carried out as per the established schedule

    • Generate EOSH weekly safety reports and recommendations on opportunities for improvement.

    About the Job

    Detailed responsibilities include:

    • Ensure the assigned equipment is always on top condition by timely performing autonomous, preventive corrective and condition-based maintenance on it.
    • Appropriately operate the assigned processing equipment as defined in respective machine operations manuals to avoid breakdowns and maloperations that lead to waste of inputs and defective products.
    • Perform and document root cause analysis of major failures of the assigned equipment during his/her shift
    • Take up stubborn equipment issues that occur during his /her shift with the engineering team lead and /or the rest of senior department leadership to assist in resolution.
    • Monitor and record critical process parameters as specified in the BMR and take the appropriate course of action to make necessary adjustments to ensure that intermediate and finished products meet prescribed quality specifications.
    • Conduct Pre-processing staging of equipment and /or raw materials for the batch start up as outlined in the BMR and ensure no cross contamination takes place.
    • Properly label all rejected or unused packaging materials in liaison with the QC in charge and the production supervisor for return to the warehouse.
    • Ensure safe work procedure is followed while operating manufacturing equipment.
    • Remove materials not in use and/or waste generated during manufacturing and ensure a hazard free working area.
