    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize event setups.
    • Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage service. Manage banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring high service standards.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Monitor banquet inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
    • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet events.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and F&B best practices.
