KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize event setups.
- Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage service. Manage banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor banquet inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and F&B best practices.
