Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; LLB preferred.
- Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership.
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, in a corporate environment, with a minimum of 5years experience post admission.
- Have a track record of onboarding new clients in the legal practice environment.
- Strong understanding of Criminal Law, Tax Law, Aviation Law and Insurance Law
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Unquestionable integrity with a high sense of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when need arise.
- Have the ability to nature and support teamwork within the firm.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability to handle and work under pressure.
- Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
