POSITION: Loan Officer
Role Summary: Assisting customers to obtain loans for various purposes in line with our lending policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, or entrepreneurship.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
- Knowledge of industry legal framework.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and attention to details.
- Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
