A logistics/fulfillment Agent oversees the entire order processing system, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers promptly. Must have at least: KCSE B- (Minus ) A Diploma One year working experience

- Order Processing:Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verifying order details and ensuring accuracy.
Picking and Packing:Locating and retrieving products from storage areas. Accurately picking items based on order lists. Carefully packing items in appropriate packaging materials.
Shipping and Delivery:Preparing shipments for delivery, including labeling and packaging. Ensuring orders are shipped on time and in full. Coordinating with shipping carriers for timely and reliable delivery.
Inventory Management:Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts. Monitoring inventory levels and alerting supervisors to potential issues.
Quality Control:Performing quality control checks on products before shipping. Inspecting merchandise for damage or other problems.
Customer Service:Answering emails, phone calls, and processing returns. Providing online customer service.
Other Duties:Assisting in warehouse duties. Collaborating with team members to maintain a streamlined fulfillment process. Identifying and addressing any issues with inventory or order fulfillment.
