What You’ll Be Doing
• Actively hunt for new leads — through referrals, your networks, and market intelligence.
• Keep a tight, updated pipeline and track daily/weekly activities through our CRM.
• Customize and deliver compelling pitches that hit the right pain points for every client.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that contribute directly to Venco’s growth targets.
• Be part of daily standups with the Kenya Lead and Global Growth Team to share insights and sharpen your game.
• Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client experience post-sale.
• Conduct engaging discovery calls and product demos that convert interest into commitment.
• Represent Venco at industry events, forums, and expos, expanding our network and influence.
• Bring valuable market feedback to inform product improvements and strategy.
Who You Are
• 3+ years solid B2B sales or business development experience in Kenya.
• A go-getter with a history of exceeding sales quotas and building lasting client relationships.
• Familiar with Kenya’s real estate market and property management ecosystem.
• A natural networker with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Organized, methodical, and relentless in your follow-up.
• Able to quickly understand client needs and position Venco's offerings compellingly.
• Fluent in English (and Swahili is a plus!) with strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
