1. Marketing Strategy Development:
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote ticketing services and tour packages.
• Identify target audiences and create customized marketing materials to reach potential clients.
2. Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate customers.
• Attend events, fairs, and exhibitions to represent the company and attract new business opportunities.
3. Ticketing and Tours Knowledge:
• Promote and up sell ticketing services, including flight bookings and transport options.
• Stay updated on the latest tour packages, destinations, and travel trends to provide relevant information to clients.
4. Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media platforms and create content to promote ticketing and tour offers.
• Use online tools and analytics to track campaign performance and improve outreach.
5. Sales Growth:
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase bookings for tours and ticket sales.
• Track sales targets and ensure monthly goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the travel and tours industry.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and tour packages.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creativity in designing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
