- Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Form IV certificate with good passes in English, Swahili, and Mathematics.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean offices and surrounding areas, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, lawn mowing, weeding, watering gardens, planting flowers or trees, and cleaning restrooms.
- Deliver and return files and documents to relevant officers.
- Distribute office mail as directed.
- Prepare office tea.
- Collect and deliver mail to the post office.
- Ensure office equipment is properly stored.
- Open office doors and windows in the morning and close them after working hours.
- Photocopy letters or documents.
- Store copies of typed letters in relevant files.
- Maintain office equipment and report any damages.
- Work Station: Judiciary of Tanzania (Mahakama ya Tanzania), with assignments to various regions and districts based on available vacancies.
