Job Summary:
Grace Schools is seeking five (5) qualified and passionate Nursery School Teachers with at least three years of experience. The successful candidates will be responsible for fostering a nurturing, creative, and engaging learning environment for young children, focusing on their early cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood learning
- Create a fun, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children’s developmental milestones through guided play and interaction
- Monitor and assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with fellow staff on curriculum and school activities
- Maintain classroom order and uphold the institution’s values and guidelines
Specialization Requirements:
- Deep understanding of early childhood development principles
- Creative, engaging teaching techniques tailored for young learners
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili
- Familiarity with local nursery curriculum
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of nursery/early childhood teaching experience
- Passion for early childhood education and working with young children
