Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control F&B costs and prevent revenue leakage.
- Prepare daily and monthly cost reports.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile variances.
- Monitor wastage and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Review and verify purchase requests and orders.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate consumption reporting.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
- 3+ years of experience in cost control within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong Excel and POS/inventory management software skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age.
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and operate the point of sale system.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field.
- At least 2 year of experience working as a bartender in a hotel or busy restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work late hours and weekends
