The company is currently looking for a dedicated and self-motivated volunteer to work in its Procurement Department.

Department: Procurement Department
Reports To: Procurement Manager
Deadline: 5th May 2025
Required Qualifications:
A degree in Procurement, Business Administration in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
At least one year of working experience in procurement.
Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Computer literacy is required.
Applicants should demonstrate high levels of discipline, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, innovative problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Research potential vendors.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Prepare cost analyses.
Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or adjust orders.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
