Our company is hiring a restaurant supervisor to join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Complete any assignments assigned by the manager.
- Monitor all guest requests to ensure they are met within the prescribed time limits.
- Communicate all information to associates on daily basis.
- Ensure all stations and knowledge of menus required for proper services are ready.
- Maintain and approve various administrative materials such as time sheets, accounting materials, safety records and payroll.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction by monitoring staff performance.
- To prepare weekly rotas, ensuring adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times.
Qualifications
- Must have a previous restaurant experience
- Must have atleast 2-3 years experience in related position.
- Diploma/bachelors degree in hospitality or other relevant field.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation and customer service.
