Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Research and identify new market opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
- Develop marketing strategies that align with business goals to attract new clients.
- Sales Management:
- Implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Forecast sales requirements and prepare annual budgets.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote products effectively.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and competitor strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Set clear objectives for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Financial Analysis:
- Prepare reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis for strategic planning.
- Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve product offerings based on market feedback.
- Assist in developing promotional materials that highlight product features effectively.
- Compliance and Reporting:
