    Sales Executive - FMCG (3 Positions)

    Our Client, a growing medium sized labels printing company is seeking to recruit focused, energetic, proactive and results oriented candidates to the position of Sales Executive.

    Reports to: Sales Manager

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till the closure
    • Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
    • Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone
    • Reach or exceed monthly sales target
    • Generate referral business by mining existing clientele
    • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for the target market
    • Any other task related to sales as assigned by the Sales Manager or any other senior authority

    Skills, Competencies, Qualification, Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Business Administration), with 2 years minimum of experience in sales with a proven track record
    • FMCG background/experience is mandatory
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven persuasive power
    • Organized and efficient - able to prioritize and organize workload to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly growing business
    • Customer centric
    • Self- motivated with strong business acumen
    •  Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
    • Excellent computer skills, etiquette and work ethic
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
