Your Goals: As our MsingiTek Field Supervisor you will oversee from 5 to 10 schools, ensuring the long-term success of the program. You will maintain functional hardware, ensure sessions run smoothly and on time, and provide every learner with their intended weekly minutes of learning (“time on task”). Your work will build the ownership and capacity of headteachers and teachers to sustain and enhance the program, boosting learner attendance and enrollment.
