Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, describe dishes, and offer suggestions when needed.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Check in with guests regularly and respond to requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Clear and reset tables between guests.
- Process bills, handle payments, and return change or receipts.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Support other team members during busy periods and assist with opening/closing duties.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus and a pleasant, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Academic Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field.
