WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the storage procedure, from the complicated storage logistics, to keeping an eye on the warehouse workers – scheduling shifts and ensuring staff are adequately trained.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory.
- Logistics management; review and process improvement, cost analysis, scheduling and stakeholder relations.
- Coordinate outbound shipping and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and manage logistics KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Collaborate with transportation providers to negotiate rates and delivery schedules.
- Analyze warehouse expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficiently use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage operations.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Implement measures to minimize damage and loss of inventory.
- Promote safety compliance and enforce warehouse procedures.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
- 5+ years of working experience in warehouse management and Logistic operations.
- Good communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System
