The key purpose of this role is to manage shift to efficiently execute both T1 & T2 load plans to satisfy internal and external Customer service levels.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Lead and perform the morning inventory count process; identify and address root causes of variances to improve Inventory Accuracy KPI.
- Utilize problem-solving tools to reduce supply chain overheads and ensure FEFO adherence.
- Ensure inventory movements are accurately reflected in SAP.
Warehouse Layout & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to warehouse layout standards (e.g., Empties, Refusal, Order Picking, Repack, Finished Goods zones).
- Implement and manage Location-Based Inventory System and blocking standards for non-conforming stock.
Quality & Standards:
- Track and manage warehouse cleanliness, pest control, cross-contamination, temperature control, and product exposure.
- Ensure 75% compliance to Global Warehouse GOP and conduct product quality induction programs.
- Oversee repacking operations for quality and productivity improvements.
Picking & Productivity:
- Ensure standardized picking process compliance and manage picking accuracy and productivity.
- Monitor warehouse labor productivity to achieve 75% compliance with Warehouse Labor Productivity GOP.
Warehouse Operations:
- Implement and improve 5S results and SOPs, ensuring understanding by all warehouse staff.
- Develop business descriptions, SLAs, process maps, and KPIs; manage team meetings to drive performance.
- Use problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 WHY, Abnormality Reports, PDCA) to address performance issues and improve PI.
Loading/Unloading:
- Track and improve loading/unloading bay productivity using PI and KPI metrics (e.g., TCT, bay time utilization, Hrs./man hour).
- Ensure safe warehouse operations, driving safety awareness and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Logistics or supply chain qualification or any relevant Degree/Diploma.
- 2+ years Watehouse and or Logistics experience.
- SAP Proficient.
- Experience working in FMCG Industry
- Computer literate (MS Office, Oasis proficient).
