NAD Insurance Agency seeks to recruit to recruit competent, self-motivated and professional  individuals to fill various 100 positions as follows Broadband Solution for Small and Medium  Enterprises (SME’s). 

JOB POSITION: SME’s SALES AGENT (100 POSITIONS) 

∙ LOCATION :MWANZA,SIMIYU,MARA,KAGERA, TABORA,KIGOMA,GEITA,SHINYANGA 

Job Purpose:

Responsible to deliver agent network targets through effective acquisition  and support of Vodacom SME’s products, Also fully responsible to drive agent’s product  uptake and service usage through training and support of Vodacom SME’S products on  the field.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Interacting with customers at our location or over the phone, providing the customer ∙ Service and support needed to generate and close sales
  • Processing Sales Orders & Bids generated through phone transactions ∙ Assisting customers who pick up their product at our location
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly required Gross Profit dollar targets
  • Review the requirements of the customer (RFQ) to determine the most effective  solution related to the FST Portion of the project to achieve the end user objectives
  • Prepared reports for head office and keep customer records
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company  needs
  • Prospect new clients who might benefit from company portfolio and maximize client  potential in designated region.

RESPONSIBILITIES SAMPLE:

  • Act as primary sales contact for Institutional Equity Accounts
  • Communicate fundamental and technical information about global market dynamics ∙ Maintain daily client communication and frequent visits
  • Monitor client trends, understand rationale, disseminate firm resources as appropriate ∙ Cross-sell the Firms products and specialized trading desks
  • Understand industry regulations and how such impact an institutional client base ∙ Speaking with clients in regards to logistical concerns
  • The candidate is expected to make calls 95% of the days

  • Able to communicate very well in both English and Swahili.

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Accounting, Finance or any other –relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in field operation is an added advantage.
