Eligibility:
- Recent Graduates in Kenya (2024 - 2025 graduates)
- Recent graduates in Nigeria who have/ would have completed NYSC between January 2024 to June 2025
- An Academic Standing of First Class or Second Class Upper
- Demonstrable Interest in Development Finance/Impact Investing
- Available to start the Graduate programe by August 2025
- Relevant work experience in Finance is an advantage
