We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the school’s financial planning and budgeting processes.

a) Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
b) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
c) Maintain proper records of all financial documents
d) Ensure compliance with relevant tax and financial regulations
e) Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
f) Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation
g) Monitor bank transactions and reconcile accounts
h) Support the school’s procurement and payroll processes
Job Requirements
a) A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
b) CPA Part II or higher qualification
c) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution
d) Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
e) Excellent analytical and organizational skills
f) High level of integrity and attention to detail
g) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
