    We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and brilliant individual to join our Team as an Administrative Assistant.

    Job Description

    • Provide general administrative support to consultants, staff and other stakeholders.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and presentations.
    • Manage expense reports and other office finances.
    • Assist with the organization of company events and workshops.
    • Provide phone and email support to clients and stakeholders.
    • Assist with project coordination and logistics, as needed.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
    • Support the implementation of new administrative procedures and systems.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing.
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication and coordination at all times.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in either of the following fields: Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences or related field.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar/ related role.

    Other Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills: written & oral.
    • Proven ability in dealing with partners.
    • String IT skills, including proficiency on MS Applications & related software.
    • Office management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
    • Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
