This is a 2-year fixed term contract position with potential to become permanent.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Previous avocado or citrus farm management experience
- Min of 4 years packhouse experience
- Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as Global GAP, FSSC(Food Safety System Certification), and Siza.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
- Administrative and management experience
- People management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
