    Our client in the ETR & Tech Equipment’s Field is looking for a cashier. Main responsibilities are maintaining accurate books of accounts and ensure that all financial transactions comply with set company policies and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Welcome customers and assist with any questions they may have. 
    • Accurately process payments (cash, credit, debit) and issue receipts. 
    • Maintain an organized, clean checkout area and manage daily housekeeping tasks. 
    • Provide product information and help customers locate specific items. 
    • Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy. 
    • Assist with restocking shelves and arranging displays as needed. 
    • Contribute to team efforts by supporting other store areas as required. 
    • Ensure timely and accuracy of all payments. 
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts/analysis. Participate in preparation of budgets and estimates. 
    • And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    Education Qualifications& Competencies 

    • At least CPA 3 and above 
    • Over 2 years’ experience in accounting field or equivalent experience 
    • Previous experience in a retail is an added advantage 
    • Strong basic math skills and attention to detail. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. 
    • Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Packages 
    • Ability to work in a team 
    • Attention to details and accuracy

    • Our client in the ETR & Tech Equipment’s Field is looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. The purpose is to ensure the company’s operations runs in a smooth manner.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services. 
    • Prepare daily sales report for the purpose of analyzing daily business performance and sharing with relevant sales, admin and accounts team. 
    • Conduct follow up on unpaid transactions with sales team to collect & monitor outstanding debts. 
    • Build strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner 
    • Lead performance review processes, provide constructive feedback, and support managers in employee evaluations. 
    • Manage payroll, leave balances, and employee benefits while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
    • Ensure sales and accounts records are in order on a daily basis. 
    • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. 
    • Ensure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement. 
    • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (Sales, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions. 
    • Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • Business related degree or a CPA (K) 
    • At least 2 years’ experience in Finance/Operations field 
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative work style, problem solving skills and commitment to get the job done. 
    • Strong leadership and supervision skills. 
    • An individual with a dynamic and positive attitude.
