About the role:
- A material handler will be in in charge of taking production orders and supplying the production line with the required raw materials for the timely production process. They will be in charge of for loading the production line with the required materials to sustain the assembly operation.
What you would be expected to do:
- Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labelling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages
- Maintains in-process components at work centers by delivering and opening parts and supplies.
- Locates and prepares finished products for dispatch.
- Documents materials and records units delivered to the production line.
- Receives return material and defective components/scraps from the production line and organizes for replacement.
- Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
- Count inventory and keep a detailed log
- Stage the required materials for inspection.
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Possess a diploma in supply chain management or a related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as material handler for completely/semi-knocked down components
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the 6S strategy.
- Have warehouse experience (preferred).
- Are knowledgeable in warehouse and production area safety protocols.

About the role:
- The job holder uses hands, tools or machines to assemble electronics, and mechanical parts according to the WI (work instruction) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to meet the desired quality standards.
What you would be expected to do:
- Assembling TVs and smartphones on the assembly line as per the work instructions and provided Standard operating procedures
- Loading product components and parts for assembly onto the line and packing assembled products into boxes for storage.
- Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected.
- Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to the supervisor.
- Ensure that the equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.
- Contribute to waste management programs aimed at zero defects.
- Steer 6S Kaizen principles.
- Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Identify and report unsafe operations to the supervisor immediately for action.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Work under the guidance of the supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.

- Posses relevant craft certificate or equivalent qualification
- Are experienced in TV or smartphone assembly/repair is an advantage
- Have knowledge in electrical or electronics engineering (added advantage)

About the role:
The job holder will be in charge of incoming materials inspection, In Process inspection and outgoing finished goods inspection to ensure the quality in line with compliance standards.
What you would be expected to do:
- Inspect the incoming materials of part number, quantity and package condition.
- Perform first article inspection before running mass production
- Inspect and ensure the WIP (Work in Process) complies with acceptance standards.
- Inspect the finished goods based on AQL level
- Prepare IQC/IPQC/OQC report to supervisor on a regular basis.
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification
- Have at least one year’s experience of inspecting electronic products.
- Are knowledgeable in ISQ9001 or relevant quality management systems is an added advantage.
- Possess good computer skills is an advantage.
- Are good team players and excellent of time management
- Have high integrity and work ethic
