    Position Overview:

    The key Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System. Lead the integration of the Commercial Strategy & Levers into our End-to-End process, plans and strategies within the Franchise to deliver joint System Value. Being the key Commercial System protagonist and partner driving transformative strategic commercial thought leadership. Key partner with Frontline Marketing to ensure commercial integration into marketing Plans.

    What You'll Do For Us:

    • Be the Key Commercial Franchise System partner for Commercial End-to-End Integration within the Franchise. 
    • Lead & drive the integration of Commercial Execution Excellence and End to End Strategy & Plan with the Franchise & Bottling System.
    • Be the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise (overall CCL representative, connecting dots, representing bottler pain points/capabilities)
    • Lead the development of the Commercial LRP for the Franchise and partners on quarterly topline commercial priorities.
    • Represent the Commercial Agenda for the Franchise in Group System Forums 
    • Lead the overall Value to Market Strategy & alignment for the Franchise (Be Cold, Be There & Be Perfect)
    • Provide Commercial input and approval of all Marketing Campaigns & Picture of Success.
    • Ensure Commercial priorities integration into the marketing plans & processes.
    • Partner with Center of Excellence to leverage and build the Partnership Program Strategy & Plan, within the Market Provide commercial input in the Revenue Growth processes & routines.

    Education Requirements:

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial with strong skills in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue growth management, Segmentation, Route to market, Negotiation etc.
    • Proven track record of execution excellence
    • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
    • Desirable to have candidates with Bottling System/Franchise and/or Commercial experience.

    Position Overview

    We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to lead the design and implementation of our market analytics solutions – from the theoretical frameworks to actionable execution solutions. This requires a strategic thinker and someone who strives to drive innovation.

    What You’ll Do for Us 

    • Provides thought leadership and fact-based insights and methodologies to identify, develop, and execute the best possible growth paths through the analysis of business drivers, current reality and future trends, competitive landscape & dynamics in our and adjacent business/categories, as well as internal capabilities and external factors that affect or could affect the business 
    • Integrates with other functions & processes and provides oversight and management to multiple initiatives, connecting and bring synergy to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, effectively track progress and identify issues 
    • Works closely with our bottling partners to activate in-market initiatives to experiment and learn how segmentation solutions can drive incremental business growth 
    • Collaborates with the strategy and insights community on linking consumer segmentation with market segmentation efforts to maximize efforts 
    • Leads the strategy definition and implementation of super / hyper channel strategies across the system in balance with the system’s served channels, vs. other growing channels and competitors to protect our business base and profitability.
    • Builds an understanding of the channel and customer business model, needs and expectations and assess our opportunity to connect with these for un-parallel value creation .
    • Leads development of a long-term super & hyper channel strategy, based on strategic analysis, opportunity identification via revenue mapping, and identification and alignment on key profit pools over the medium to long term. 
    • Develop an investment plan against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven and ROI estimations.
    • Collaborates and drives buy-in with the bottling team on the strategic imperatives and required investment plans, with aligned milestones and KPIs, as well as investment sharing arrangements.
    • Leads the Reliability Growth Management (RGM) process in the channel to optimize volume / revenue mix by pack and brand and identifies future opportunities.
    • Leads the development and implementation of specific incidence & frequency driving programs.
    • Leads key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.
    • Drives the development of business case, and the launch of region-specific new product/package launches, new off-take driving programs, as well as ensures the successful execution of national innovation projects.

    Qualification & Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required 
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 
    • Experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization 
    • Experience having owned/shaped/led growth and marketing strategy for global product line. 
    • Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, segmentation, product commercialization and branding 
    • Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross functional teams.  
    • Candidate must have a proven track record of delivering results through leadership and growth behaviors and strategy building experience

    What You’ll Do for Us 

    • Ensure implementation of World Without Waste, Water and Decarbonization strategy.
    • Direct impact and influence over the development of the most optimum sustainability strategy and implementation plan in line with the global sustainability strategy and The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCS) sustainability commitments.
    • Influence over the AOU (Africa Operating Unit) operational sustainability OPEX/CAPEX decisions and lead an organization of AOU sustainability thought leaders covering the functional areas of packaging, climate/carbon, water, waste management, circular economy, and operational sustainability strategies.
    • Accountable for achieving goals focused on short-term (1 year), mid-term (2-3 years) of the AOU Sustainability Strategy and defining the governance and tracking progress.
    • WWW (World without Waste), Water and Decarbonization Strategy Implementation:
    • Accelerated implementation of the AOU WWW, Water and Decarbonization Sustainability Strategy within the global sustainability commitments.
    • Influence the global and regional sustainability agendas and investments in collaboration with PACS (Public Affairs, Communication and Sustainability) and other technical functions.
    • Ensure all licenses to operate, KORE sustainability requirements and AOU governance are in place in line with the global governance framework requirements
    • Ensure that effective reporting for environmental metrics is conducted, and that appropriate controls are in place
    • Drive organizational alignment on operational sustainability across OUs, bottling partners, and corporate QSE (quality, safety and environment)

    • Execute the operating unit’s Technical Innovation & Supply Chain Sustainability strategy on water replenish and CO2 footprint reduction.
    • Ensure governance and controls to monitor internal and external trends.

      Determine OU water risk management framework and priorities, and work with business to drive water risk assessments.

    • Implement OU Science Based Targets (SBT) and action plans.
    • Shape water replenish investment plans, including complex analyses of cost, infrastructure developments, and strategic partnerships.
    • Connect strategically with external and internal networks and stakeholders to drive performance and benchmarking efforts.
    • Develop and continuously improve performance models and systems to track risks and global mitigation plans.
    • Ensure the development of QSE talent and place key people in significant operational sustainability positions.

    Qualification & Requirements 

    • Degree in engineering or environmental science.
    • Experience with Science Based Targets (SBT) initiative and reporting frameworks.
    • Experience in environmental audit and assurance
    • Experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring sustainability reporting procedures, standards, and guidelines.
    • Proven successful track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, change management, and diverse teams with technical/QSE operations experience.
    • End-to-End Operational sustainability leadership in water, carbon/climate and packaging technologies, circular economy, Science Based Targets.
    • Franchise and functional leadership, broad strategy development, and influencing within an OU and globally.
    • Risk management, mitigation, and communication.
    • System economics, value chain, and supply chain finance.
    • Exceptional ability to translate scientific and technological concepts to relevant business insights and growth opportunities.
    • Exceptional skills in data analytics and data interpretation.

      Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies.

    • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
