- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and inquiries
- Coordinate the doctor’s hospital schedules and facilitate procedures
- Handle preauthorization processes for insurance patients
- Track and follow up on laboratory and radiology results
- Schedule follow-up visits for hospital patients
- Maintain and update accurate patient records
- Prepare clinic reports and assist in general administrative tasks
- Oversee the smooth daily operations of the clinic
