Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit a Content Agent Team Lead. He/she will be responsible for managing the content department operations.
Key Responsibilities
DUTIES/ROLES
Team Support
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Team Performance Management
- KPI Management
- Weekly Reporting to COS on KPIs
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews
Access Management
Agent Recruitment
- Take part in the recruitment process for the Agents
- Facilitate the departmental onboarding Process for the Team
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of related experience with leadership role being an added advantage.
- Should have excellent MS Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Good Decision-Making skills
