- Looking for a candidate as a MEP Quantity Surveyor - Electrical and Mechanical
- In depth knowledge of Electrical items (for Electrical QS) and Plumbing/HVAC (for Mechanical QS).
- Knowledge of Switchboard, Distribution Board, light fittings, cable calculation, UPS, generator, electrical sockets,.
- Knowledge of Fire fighting items, plumbing items, HVAC items.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering.
- Strong experience in calculating the quantities of items in AutoCAD and Revit.
- AutoCAD and Revit experience Must.
- Procurement Experience desirable
- Tender/Estimation Experience desirable.
